EULA - End User License Agreement

Please read this carefully before using materials.

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and Mountfield Computing Ltd regarding use of the software accompanying this Agreement ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
The Software is provided to you free of charge for a limited number of trial uses only. Should you accept the terms of this agreement, Mountfield Computing Ltd will grant you the personal and non-exclusive right to install and use the software for the duration of the evaluation period. If after the evaluation period you would like to continue using the software you must purchase a licence key from the www.viewtimer.com website to unlock the software. If you do not wish to purchase a licence you must remove the software from your system.
The Software or any other materials provided in this package may not be modified in any way. The Software may be redistributed to friends or associates. You may NOT upload the software to a freeware or shareware site without first receiving written permission from Mountfield Computing Ltd. No parts of The Software or other files provided in this package may be reproduced in part or in whole. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US THAT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
